The Art Of Using Effectively A Motivational Quote

--Choose a motivational quote related to your goal. Don't have one? Visit http://motivationalcentral.com which contains tons of motivational and inspirational quotes (see reference below). Browse through the wide variety of motivational quotes and pick one: sport, love, positive thinking, self-esteem, weight loss, business ect.

--Once you have chosen the quote that will inspire you, print it. To make it more effective, you may want to print it on a decorative piece of paper with an attractive font. Or you can simply write it down with your best handwriting. It has to stimulate you.

--Post it somewhere obvious such as:

  • Bathroom mirror
  • Dashboard
  • Billboard around your desk
  • In a picture frame above your bed
  • Screen saver

--Read if frequently. Several times a day. If possible say it out loud. Add a feeling to it. Believe it.

--It won't make a difference today, nor tomorrow, but wait for a couple of weeks then the positive affect should resume before your realize it. Remember, it takes time to reprogram your brain to think differently. It will work; it will change the way you think.

--Don't choose too many motivational quotes at the same time. Focus on one or two at a time. Change every 2-3 weeks. Your mind will be able to absorb the mantra much easily that way.

Want more? Do you need a little motivation? Inspiration? A motivational quote will not only boost your energy but can also help you stay focus on your goals. Motivational quotes also have the power to rewrite negative thoughts. Motivational quote, tips, articles, recommendations, newsletter and more! Visit Motivational Central © - All Rights reserved
